Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy (New Products)

Products may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery only if they are new, unused, and in original condition.

• All returns require prior authorization from Dentamed USA.
• A Return Authorization (RA) number must be issued before any product is returned.
• Returned items must be shipped prepaid by the customer.
• A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
• Original outbound and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

Once the product is received and inspected, the refund amount (item price minus restocking fee) will be issued if the product is confirmed to be new and unused.

Special Orders & Custom Products

Special order items, custom-made products, and made-to-order equipment are not eligible for return, refund, or cancellation.

Cancelled Orders

Orders cancelled after shipment are subject to the standard return policy.
Customers must accept delivery, obtain a Return Authorization number, and return the product to the designated address.
If delivery is refused, return shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the issued credit.

Refurbished Equipment

All refurbished equipment is inspected and tested prior to shipment.

• Refurbished equipment sales are final.
• Refurbished items are not eligible for return or refund.
• Warranty coverage is specified on the product listing or invoice.

Customers are responsible for verifying delivery access, including door clearance, elevators, ramps, and site conditions prior to placing an order.

Refund Processing

Once an approved return is received and inspected, customers will be notified by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within five (5) to fourteen (14) business days.

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, defective upon arrival, or shipped in error, please contact Dentamed USA within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement, repair, or another appropriate solution.

Bausch Articulating Paper with high coloring capacity adapts perfectly to the occlusal surfaces. The occlusal contact points or centric contacts are marked very precisely because of its progressive color transfer. This new addition to the Bausch line is a 100 micron thin paper which is impregnated with hydrophile waxes and pharmaceutical oils. Bausch is the only artiulcating paper that highlights overall pressure distribution by means of different color shades.
